Four prompt patterns for better outreach with Helpie
Boring prompts make boring emails. Here are the four move-sets that produced our customers' best reply rates.
1. Lead with a specific observation, not a generic compliment. 'I saw you launched the Loop pricing page this week' beats 'I love what you're doing'. Helpie reads the prospect's site and produces this for you.
2. Anchor the ask in a number. Concrete asks ("a 15-minute walkthrough Tuesday or Wednesday") outperform open-ended ones in every cohort we measure.
3. Use a follow-up that adds, never repeats. The second touch should bring a new piece of information or a new angle — not a poke that says "circling back".
4. Triage replies the same day. Helpie routes responses into "interested / not now / not them / unsubscribe" so the human only spends time on the first bucket.
