These Terms govern your use of Wanddy (the "Service"), operated by Wanbuffer. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use Wanddy.

1. What Wanddy is

Wanddy is a multi-agent AI platform. A user-facing orchestrator ("Wanddy") routes requests to six specialist agents ("Buddies"): Leo (Shopify), Leo (Odoo ERP), Aven (SEO), Helpie (lead generation), Kairo (social media) and Wanddy itself. Buddies may read live data from third-party services you connect.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the credentials you use and the activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate contact information and keep it current.
• You may not share your account with third parties without written consent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wanddy to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code of the Service.
• Upload malware, PII that you do not have a lawful basis to process, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Use the Service to generate content intended to deceive, harass, or defame.
• Exceed the rate limits or quotas of your plan or attempt to circumvent them.

4. Third-party integrations

Wanddy connects to external services (e.g. Shopify, Odoo, Gmail, HubSpot). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect each account and to grant Wanddy the read/write scopes you provision.

5. AI output

Buddies produce AI-generated content that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Output is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you take based on Wanddy's output and for reviewing any content before it is used externally.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate using Wanddy. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your private conversations or integration data to train public foundation models.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the Service, add or remove Buddies, or change integrations. Material changes that affect paid features will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or are inactive for an extended period. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanbuffer is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) €100.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wanbuffer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
